Trash Cat Krew determines shipping rates and handling times, which varies by item. Unlike retailers who have all of their inventory on hand, our Print on Demand items are created at time of purchase in order to lessen our carbon footprint and mitigate the need to keep an unneeded excess of product in our warehouse.
While our products are designed and curated in Texas, our printers and distributors vary by location depending on each item to ensure an eclectic and unique shopping experience with inventory from around the world.
We believe that this practice is the most eco-friendly alternative to big retailers with an overabundance of product, like many fast-fashion houses which are creating stress on the Earth's environment as well as with unsafe operations under poor working conditions, causing human rights issues. We ensure that all of our products are handled and shipped in an ethical way, which may cause a longer time for arrival as compared to Next-Day delivery from Big Name Shopping Alternatives. (No robots or greedy billionaires with spaceships are involved in the production or shipping of our products!)
Note: Selling on various platforms comes with different preferred shipping methods depending on the App. (Ex: Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram Shop). Check with the app as well as tracking below.
We ensure that your items will arrive within the window of the chosen shipment options on checkout. For orders that are NOT expedited, the expectation is 5-7 business days for items domestically to and from The United States, International destinations typically go through customs, and can take up to 7-10 business days. In the event of a delay, you will also be notified.
Tracking: You can track your order by checking your email notifications or by using the Shop app. Keep your order number handy, and reference it either by the Track My Order link, or reach out to us at info@trashcatkrew.com.

Returns
Trash Cat Crew is print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This allows for a more eco-friendly alternative to other marketplaces which collect items in warehouses, and this lowers our carbon footprint and ensures ethical production and consumption practices of both the retailer and buyer. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the Chat feature, or email us at info@trashcatkrew.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Trash Cat Crew will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For most products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
